Advanced Driving

Although many new drivers may think that passing their test means the end of their driving training, it is a sad fact that new and inexperienced drivers are twice as likely to be involved in accidents as other road users, and over 1 in 3 new drivers are involved in an accident in their first two years of driving. Experienced drivers are less likely to have an accident as they tend to be more aware of things happening around them and are able to react more quickly to situations. They are also more likely to choose an appropriate course of action whilst being aware of how that action affects other road users.

One way of gaining extra experience is by taking additional training in the form of a Pass Plus course, or, once you become more experienced, you may also want to work towards taking an Advanced Driving Test.
